FOGTEC Rail Systems, a business unit of FOGTEC Brandschutz GmbH & Co. KG, have specialised in developing and selling user-specific fire protection system solutions in railborn means of transport. Due to the effective and economical system solutions they are offering, FOGTEC Rail Systems have become established in the rail vehicle market worldwide.
Our program of products in the field of fire detection ranges from the simple smoke switch to complex fire detection systems including data transmission by SMS to any cell phone or to the control unit. In fire-fighting technology, the portfolio ranges from autonomous object protection systems to complex modules for integration in the vehicle. These systems can be based on different extinguishing techniques, either high-pressure water mist, gas or aerosol.
In coordination with our customers, we take charge of the planning and layout of the fire protection systems for their rail vehicles, and if required, we perform smoke tests at your vehicles or burning tests in our own laboratories on true-to-scale models. When desired, we also train your staff on our fire protection systems.
