The reliable detecting of a fire is the basis of effective fire-fighting. Apart from standardised modules for fire detection, FOGTEC Rail Systems also offer solutions that are specifically designed for each application. So, uncomplicated and attractively priced monitoring concepts can be implemented in the same manner as the most sophisticated solutions for SIL 1 applications.
Where required for supporting approval proceedings, real fire tests are performed in the FOGTEC laboratories while smoke tests are carried out in situ in the respective vehicles. With these procedures, verification management for positioning the fire detection elements can be implemented and recorded with due regard to the specific framework requirements. These activities are carried out on a regular basis in close coordination with experts and public authorities.
All components of the product family 1000, 7000 and 9000 are combinable with each other, thus permitting to meet the specific wishes and requirements of the customer at any time.
